Welcome on this blog full of information about British comics and offcourse the comics.
A British comic is a periodical published in the United Kingdom that contains comic strips. It is generally referred to as a comic or a comic magazine, and historically as a comic paper.
British comics are usually comics anthologies which are typically aimed at children, and are published weekly, although some are also published on a fortnightly or monthly schedule. The top three longest-running comics in the world, The Dandy, The Beano, and Comic Cuts, are all British, although in modern times British comics have been largely superseded by American comic books and Japanese manga.
You can access the information and comics through the sidebar.
The comics are mostly in packages from around 100mb, inside these rar-packages you will find the comics in cbr format.
There are no DC Thomson related comics on the site, because i had to remove these.
You can view the comics with any cbr-reader like CDisplay or ComicRack.
Most comics are from the 50’s-80’s with some 90’s.
I only place issues from last century,
so no issues newer than the year 1999.
I did not scan the comics myself only collect them from various sites on the internet, internet archive, Usenet Newsgroups and torrents.
So thanks to all the scanners and uploaders.
This blog is purely ment to preserve the comics and to enjoy them, no financial meanings are involved, if you like the comics buy them as long as they are availabe, because nothing can beat the feeling of reading a real comic.
If you find something wrong (downloads, numbering, information) please let me know so that i can correct the error.
Thanks to the following sites for the information :

Thank you for your wonderful comic site and all the hard work you do, and also all the good folks that contribute to this site. May you all be blessed out of your socks. I’m 75 yrs. old and live in Soth Africa. The only comics that were available in my pre teens were, what we called “funnies” e.g. Cartoon characters, Daffy Duck, Little Lulu etc. The others were called “action” comics, e.g. Tarzan, Gunsmoke, Batman, Superman, Classics. War/Commando/Western picture library were very scarce. I don’t know why these comics were not available, because our monetary unit, the Rand was very strong, about $2 to the
1Rand and today it is R16 to the $
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for making these comics available to us and making our day.
Blessings

Thanks so much for all your time in scanning sharing these Finding Out mags – you are a real superstar!! Do you happen have the final few volumes of the magazine as well? I’ve been trying to find physical copies for years with no luck, so your scans would be a lifesaver.

Hello Dee,
I have fine copies of a complete run of the first 11 volumes of Finding Out, bar vol.11#1, and am working my way through them. Nothing later, I’m sorry to say, but I keep my eBay eye open. But I’m beggared if I’ll fork out £35+£%.77 p&p for individual volumes!

Thanks – and I’m very grateful for everything you share! If I ever do manage to find later volumes I’ll share here too – but I’m not living in the UK so they are impossible to source locally and the postage is eye watering even if I do see them for sale… thanks again x
