Welcome on this blog full of information about British comics and offcourse the comics.
A British comic is a periodical published in the United Kingdom that contains comic strips. It is generally referred to as a comic or a comic magazine, and historically as a comic paper.
British comics are usually comics anthologies which are typically aimed at children, and are published weekly, although some are also published on a fortnightly or monthly schedule. The top three longest-running comics in the world, The Dandy, The Beano, and Comic Cuts, are all British, although in modern times British comics have been largely superseded by American comic books and Japanese manga.
You can access the information and comics through the sidebar.
The comics are mostly in packages from around 100mb, inside these rar-packages you will find the comics in cbr format.
There are no DC Thomson related comics on the site, because i had to remove these.
You can view the comics with any cbr-reader like CDisplay or ComicRack.
Most comics are from the 50’s-80’s with some 90’s.
I only place issues from last century,
so no issues newer than the year 1999.
I did not scan the comics myself only collect them from various sites on the internet, internet archive, Usenet Newsgroups and torrents.
So thanks to all the scanners and uploaders.
This blog is purely ment to preserve the comics and to enjoy them, no financial meanings are involved, if you like the comics buy them as long as they are availabe, because nothing can beat the feeling of reading a real comic.
If you find something wrong (downloads, numbering, information) please let me know so that i can correct the error.
Thanks to the following sites for the information :

Cdo coz not to attract attention 😉. What I got from the web is that there are two years that had em. New stories unlike the Fleetway Annuals but supposedly below par.
The Fleetways like cjkerry said there are already three on board that I have not seen anywhere else. Fabulous@

Thanks. Talking about compilations, i am finishing the last pages for my compilations which i’ve been working on for almost 2 years. Still some finishing touches this weekend and i will be ready with well over 300 compilations. Some titles i had to split in several issues, like the Bash Street Kids have 14 issues because it’s wel over 2 gb and that is a little to much for 1 issue, so i split these into several years of publications from 56-99.
I have good hope to finish these all and upload them this month.
I am still working on some 300 more compilations from different titles, but that will be something for later next year.
Here is a list from the titles that are ready to being uploaded this month.

Hello from Barcelona.
I’ve been looking for a comic for years. I think it’s English. In Spain it was published at the end of 197 …
It tells the story of a mad scientist who gives life to toy soldiers and wants to invade the world. Against the fight two children Brother and sister … It was black and white
Do you know what it is?
Thank you and sorry for my English …
LikeLike
Your English is better than a lot of people for whom it is a first language. I recognize the strip. I think it was called March of the Toys and may have run in Buster. Some digging if I get a chance will tell me for sure.
LikeLike
I think I have it. The Toys of Doom which appeared in Buster from February 27th, 1965 to January 13th, 1968. No idea who the writer was but the artist was Solano Lopez. It supposedly ran in Smash as Threat of the Toymaker. The Valiant Companion lists a story called The Terror Toys which ran in Buster from May 3rd to Sept. 6th, 1986 but that is too late. It is listed as being a reprint but the art styles are too different for that to be the case. Unfortunately only a few of the Busters with that strip are on this site.

Thanks for the information, i hope i will see these Busters someday so i can make a compilation of the story.

Hi! Any idea which Fleetway series does this Action Man Annual come from?

It seems to be related to the Tornado rather than Action. Thanks

Action Man was the UK version of the American G.I. Joe. The annuals were a tie-in to the toy line. There is another annual which I saw in a Coles store but can-t recall the year it was for.

Please let me know if you find something wrong so i can correct it.
I checked everyhing but i searched through 10.000s of pages so a mistake is easily made and i want to be as accurate as can be.
Not all compilations are complete offcourse and have different quality.
They will get more and more complete when i got new issues with the characters involved. When i ever update an existing compilation i will let it know with a comment so everyone interested can download the updated version.
