seems to be a bit long winded it asks me to save to a Google account but thats doesn’t save there it says opening in Google drive then opens then you have to save it somewhere and the extract the files
The only thing i come across sometimes is that a warning comes because the file is too big to be scanned but i can still choose to download. I can download all files just on my computer and no asking to save it on an account.
Yep!
The links work fine: google drive is always trying to smart you out, to show you the content, to store it in your google drive, use other apps, report to the three letters agencies =8D… Now, if you look carefully you can still have the option to download it, again after another warning about its inability to scan the archive…

Hello Man,
thanks for all your perseverance and invaluable work!
Have you already published these archives in some other threads?
I’m just wondering what they contain, if they can be of some interest to me…
Cheers
Thanks Sharman, that is helpful. These are archives i am working on at the moment, it will be a part of the Comics For All blog, a Dutch language section. But that will take me some time to have it ready, thinking of at least another 2 or 3 months.
Worked fine me me, no problem, though you do get this message, as follows:
Google Drive can’t scan this file for viruses.
bam07.rar (207M) is too large for Google to scan for viruses. Would you still like to download this file?
Only tried the first one. It worked fine with Winzip, though I discovered my free trial was over. Subscription for a year wasn’t bad so that was okay. When I first clicked on it at the top of the screen was a button to use Unrar and rar viewer, which I get with the Sexton Blake update. That works fine for those but not for this one. Apparently the files were too large. Mind you I doubt I will keep these ones, I don’t speak/read Dutch.
Thanks, i always get a downloadbutton or a button with 1 arrow pointing down to download the file, never asks me to use rar or anything else, when i get other messages i ignore them and just download the files.
all open fine here no problems with downloading either

Thanks, yes that’s standard with Google drive, that can’t scan files bigger than 100mb or so, but you still can choose to download.
