From the rise of the British Empire to its collapse, this series provides an unbiased view of the Empire’s history and it’s influence on the world.
The original series was first published in 1971-73 by Time-Life in association with the BBC. The series was later re-issued by Orbis. The material is much the same but the order of presentation varied slightly, with changes to the magazine cover in some cases, in particular the pictures on or inside the rear cover.
As was common with these series the page numbers follow sequentially once the cover has been removed and bound to resemble an encyclopaedia. The covers often contain fascinating imagery and sometimes features on British Military Uniforms.

These newer posts are increasingly unlike comics. However, these are also corking good out of print reads that most of the human race would miss out on without this. Carry on my good fellow.

I can’t tell, i don’t keep track where i find them and from who i get them, i use many sources such as blogs, sites, newsgroups, tors, links from people, and i have 10,000s of different issues and titles in all my blogs, that is kind of hard to administrate.
