Deadline was a British comics magazine published between 1988 and 1995.

Created by 2000 AD artists Brett Ewins and Steve Dillon, Deadline featured a mix of comic strips and written articles aimed at older readers. Although similar to the likes of Crisis, Revolver and Toxic! which emerged during the magazine’s heyday, Deadline alone managed to sustain its impact beyond the first few issues and had a cultural influence beyond the comics world. Deadline was published by Deadline Publications Ltd.

You are welcome. When all issues are scanned and uploaded, if that happens offcourse, i will make some compilations from stories for my Compilationsblog.

      • It would be great to see all the issues of Deadline magazine! You have managed to collect complete compilations from 2000AD magazine! A special thank you for all the Bradley series I’ve been looking for. Will there be updates to the Underground and Alternative Comics topic? Looking for early work by Brendan McCarthy! Found here only Skin and Rogan Gosh. Thank you so much for your hard work!

Greetings. Buster files package containing 22/09/1973 in new posts for october are showing an empty file folder when unpacked. A critically dated issue for finishing off my september 73 dated Galaxus collection. Keep up the good archival work!

    Hello mate,

On my own I also managed to locate Deadline issues 1 to 39 and Deadline USA.
Any luck finding any of the issues deadline from 40 to 71? I’ve been struggling to get a single issue from 40 up.

    • Hey Will!

I am also looking for issues of this wonderful British magazine, but so far only 40 issues and only here they can be found in this thread.
Let’s hope to see more releases next year.
It’s great that you have the USA editions of Deadline magazine.
As far as I know, the USA version has more pages than the UK edition and is considered to be more expanded.
May I ask you to share the USA issues of Deadline magazine?
I don’t have a single issue for the USA edition, and in fact it would be very great if you download everything you have, if it’s possible.

      Hope for your feedback!

Thanks so much for sharing these. I have most of them in paper form but now I can read when I’m travelling. Takes me back to a simpler time in life 🙂

You are welcome. When i travelled to school or work i always had some comics in my bag to read along the way, so much better than all that paperwork from school (or work).
