Jingles was a comic published by Amalgamated Press from 1934 to 1954. Eventually it and Tip Top both merged into TV Fun, resulting – for a short while – in the cumbersome title of TV Fun, Tip Top and Jingles.
Strips included “Bob & Mickey” (“A delightful tale of the adventures of a boy and a monkey”) and “Dreamy Dennis” (“He makes you laugh while he’s asleep!”).
“Strongheart the Magnificent” by G. W. Backhouse, and “Stymie and his Magic Wishbone” by Roy Wilson.
