My understanding is that this title was cancelled by Marvel before publication and the publicly available material was released online by artist Mark Harrison years later.

When Marvel acquired Panini they turned the UK comic operation over to Panini to run. Panini has a definite idea of what age bracket they are aiming for. As a result all of the Marvel UK books aimed at an older audience were cancelled.
