I actually tried it a few months ago and it didn’t work. Tried again a few days ago and still no luck which was why I thought it was worth contacting you. Tried again today -and naturally it worked just fine!

Hi Anonymous – I am most interested in 247 Vital Mission – A B-25 aircraft story if I recall correctly. A side note: I remember this comic well, it was confiscated by my class teacher and it was kept in his drawer for a period of six months – it was returned to me at the end of the school year.

I don’t know of a series 2, it merged with War Picture Library in 1970.
Perhaps reprints after the year 2000 ?

Air Ace Picture Library printed at least 37 issues with NA-## as the number format. War and Battle Picture Libray restarted a few months after the original series stopped as Series 2 issues up to 344 on each of them.

At this moment I’m trying to assemble in a single volume those whom I particularly like: I’ve started with Mr. Ian Kennedy and I’ve found many of his works are already available but quite a few are still missing and I hope you can trace them.
